Finance and Cyber Security-Focused Workshop Held
The finance and cyber security-focused workshop organised by Turkish Business Forum was held with strong participation, addressing the current needs of the business world. The event examined the impact of global economic developments on companies and countries from multiple perspectives.
As part of the workshop, Dr Talha Ocal provided an in-depth assessment of key issues in the global financial economy and their effects on corporate planning and corporate finance processes. His presentation highlighted global financial fluctuations, economic uncertainties and the importance of strategic planning, offering valuable insights into how companies should position themselves to achieve sustainable growth.
In the second session of the event, Okan Yildiz focused on the economic impact of cyber security vulnerabilities on companies and nations. Emphasising that cyber threats are not only technological challenges but also significant economic risk factors, Yildiz presented a comprehensive overview of the causes of these risks, their financial consequences, and the preventive measures organisations should adopt.
The workshop brought together dozens of participants, including many distinguished figures from the business, finance, technology and academic communities. Thanks to its interactive format, participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers, ask questions and exchange views on current issues.
Turkish Business Forum aims to continue organising events that enhance knowledge sharing and support sustainable collaborations, particularly in areas such as finance, economics and cyber security, which are of critical importance to the business world.
