Solmaz Limited is an award-winning, London-based building and refurbishment company offering a high-end service to Developers & Landlords, Architects, and Consultants. We design, build, restore, fit-out, and refurbish residential and commercial buildings throughout London and the South-east of England. Our assignments include luxury construction projects in Covent Garden, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, and Kensington – premium locations that set the international standard in high-spec projects.

At Solmaz, we work with leading architects and designers, carefully implementing their visions down to the last detail. We pride ourselves on completing our assignments to the highest standard – on schedule and on budget. Our service range varies from newly built luxury homes to high-profile clients, and includes apartments, restaurants, office blocks, and supporting commercial premises as part of its construction projects. We operate across London and have two business units: Construction & Development and Joinery & Carpentry.

The Construction & Development unit specialises in high-specification projects and developments with private partners, incorporating residential and commercial projects. The Joinery & Carpentry unit focuses on sourcing and producing bespoke joinery and carpentry for Solmaz’s projects and clients. We have completed full projects for restaurants, showrooms, retail environments, and commercial office spaces.

We have completed several renovation and refurbishment projects that were complex and sensitive, involving the management of multiple interfaces, unique challenges, and the introduction of innovative solutions. Solmaz has worked on numerous Grade I / Grade II listed building projects incorporating façade retention schemes, underpinning, roof extensions, and other specialised works.

We further provide support services including sourcing properties & land, planning services, technical & quality production, and project consultancy services. Founded in 2003, Solmaz has won prestigious international and national awards such as the RIBA award for project implementation and Wood Craft awards for carpentry projects, collaborating with renowned designers and architects.
