Müge's professional trajectory began in Türkiye, leading cross-functional banking operations and sales structures that provided her with a robust baseline of corporate dynamics. Transitioning into HR and organizational development, she designed modern assessment centres, evaluated thousands of candidates, and partnered with leadership blocks to assemble elite teams. Following her move to the UK, her consultative practice focused intently on the profound human side of international migration and organizational alignment.
