Semira Dilgil is the Founding Partner and Head of Corporate Immigration at Ashton Ross Law, a London-based law firm specialising in immigration and corporate legal services. With over 20 years of experience, she advises multinational companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals on complex UK immigration matters, combining technical legal expertise with commercial insight and a genuinely client-centred approach.

Her corporate practice covers the full spectrum of UK immigration compliance, from sponsor licence applications and audits to Skilled Worker visa applications, extensions, and settlement. She works closely with HR and legal teams to build end-to-end immigration strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives.

Semira has extensive experience in Global Talent endorsements across all UK endorsing bodies, including Arts Council England, Tech Nation/DSIT, The Royal Society, The British Academy, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and UKRI, as well as the Innovator and Founder visa route. She has a strong track record in overturning previous endorsement refusals and guiding exceptional talent from initial strategy through to visa grant.

Alongside her corporate work, Semira advises on some of the most sensitive and high-stakes immigration cases, including asylum and humanitarian protection, complex family immigration matters, and exceptional discretionary applications grounded in human rights. She is a Solicitor of England and Wales (SRA ID: 424699), admitted in 2009, and is fluent in English and Turkish.
